Zest Mortgage Brokers Weston-super-Mare are here to offer our customers excellent mortgage advice. Our team of expert mortgage brokers can help secure the best mortgage deal - whether it's a first time buy, a move up the property ladder or a remortgage.

We'll help you throughout the whole mortgage process with honest, straightforward mortgage advice.

We'll compare the latest mortgage deals from a wide panel of lenders and assign a dedicated mortgage advisor who knows the local area and will do all the legwork for you.

Step 1

Get in Touch

Register with one of our mortgage advisors in Weston-super-Mare, and we'll get you on the road to your new home faster than you can say 'where did we pack the sugar?'

We'll let you know what you need to provide to proceed. Typically this would include 3 months payslips if you're employed, or the last couple of years of self-assessment returns if you're after a self-employed mortgage. We'll need to verify your identification as responsible brokers, and a copy of your latest credit report (freely available from services such as CreditKarma or MoneySavingExpert) would be really useful.

Step 2

Compare Mortgage Deals

We'll compare mortgage deals across the whole of the market, taking into account your personal circumstances and requirements. Your mortgage advisor will have taken care of the boring bits such as ID, payslips and a quick check of your credit report to begin to match you with the right mortgage for your needs

Step 3

Once we've discussed your personal needs, and found the mortgage we think is right for you, we'll make the application for a Decision in Principle with your chosen lender. You'll typically have a response from the lender in around 48 hours - although sometimes this can take a little longer. The decision in principle is really useful for estate agents to know about if you've got your eye on a particular property as it can put you at an advantage over those without one.

When you've found the home you want, and are ready to proceed, your named mortgage advisor will make a full application with your chosen lender, and their underwriting team will dot the t's and cross the i's to ensure the application meets their borrowing requirements. If all is well you'll soon have a formal mortgage offer, and can proceed with the purchase of your new home. Congratulations!
