John Cummins
John started working in financial services in 2004 for a major High Street Bank, he was able to gain a sound understanding of the home buying process over this time. In 2012 he left to work for one of the largest estate agencies in the UK as one of their brokers, his aim was to build on his knowledge and gain an insight of Brokering of other products available for the UK Market and then he moved on to become a whole of market broker for the trusted Brand of Which? Mortgage Advisors.
In 2015 John decided to take the next step and set up his own Mortgage Brokerage as he felt that the market was missing something, and that was to provide a bespoke, personal service, which focuses on breaking down the home buying process, guiding his clients through the journey step by step, being on hand to answer any questions they may have.

Having started working in the financial industry in 2011, Ellis moved over to specialise in mortgages in 2016 at a mortgage broker firm, where she had the pleasure of overseeing all mortgage applications through to completion to ensure each and every application received a mortgage offer, exchanged within deadlines, and completed smoothly. So Ellis is very experienced in the overall process and makes it as stress-free as possible for everyone involved to truly sit back, relax, and enjoy the very exciting time.

Darren is married with 3 Children, in his spare time he coaches youth football and spending time with his family.

Having always had an interest in the industry Gemma has worked throughout her career within the Financial Sector. She started her career as an Estate Agents, progressing into the Legal field, gaining a whole picture experience of conveyancing, with a keen interest in the property industry, she felt that the next natural step to take would be to complete her CeMAP qualification.

Gemma is a homeowner, married with a daughter who is now in secondary school education. She enjoys keeping fit and healthy in her spare time, socialising with family and friends, and enjoying holidays abroad, especially in the winter months when the snow starts to fall and she can hit the slopes!
